Anthony Joyce & Co appointed by Dubai Action Group

Dublin legal firm Anthony Joyce & Co have been appointed on Ireland’s latest high profile litigation involving the overseas property sector.

The Dubai Action Group has been formed by property buyers who purchased properties through Irish agents Larionovo and their parent company Profile Developments in Dubai.

Most members bought property within the Sports City Development or on the Island of Ireland, which is part of The World development.

Dublin solicitor Anthony Joyce will be leading case and is recommending a two pronged strategy launched legal action in Ireland and the EU, whilst also progressing negotiations with the responsible authorities in Dubai.

Success for the Kuvera Action Group

There was significant success in the Dublin Commercial Court today for Irish legal firm Anthony Joyce & Co.

Justice Kelly granted a number of orders approving a settlement of cash and the transfer of asset to the Kuvera Action Group from Kieran Murphy and Kuvera (Irl) Limited.

This settlement was granted within only eight weeks of the matter first appearing in the Irish Courts. Dublin solicitor Anthony Joyce was delighted to recover significant assets for the Group after verifiying the assets of Kieran Murphy and those of Kuvera (Irl) Limited.

Court awards major compensation after violent attack

Dublin Circuit Court President, Mr Justice Matthew Deery has today awarded major compensation to a client of Irish solicitor Jonathan Finan, of Dublin based legal firm Anthony Joyce & Co.

John McGregor was violently attached by customers of a pub in West Dublin.  The client suffered injuries to his arms, legs, neck, back and shoulders and had to be taken to hospital by ambulance. He was awarded €27,300.

Anthony Joyce & Co appointed by Kuvera Action Group

Irish legal firm, Dublin based solicitors Anthony Joyce & Co.  have today been appointed by 230 overseas property investors to act on their behalf to recover funds they invested in an Indian dropertydevelopment promoted by  Kieran Murphy and Kuvera (Irl) Limited.

In the Dublin Commercial Court on 19 May 2009 Justice Peter Kelly made Orders freezing the assets of Kieran Murphy and Kuvera (Irl) Limited. Kieran Murphy must now provide copies of documentation and bank accounts to the Kuvera Action Group to disclose where their funds placed. The matter is running in the Commercial High Court List.

Major judgement secured

Irish legal firm, Dublin based solicitors Anthony Joyce & Co have successfully a court judgement for client of €88,000, which is published in National Papers.

Anthony Joyce & Co secure major settlement

This week Dublin based solicitors Anthony Joyce & Co successfully secured a major settlement for their client who had suffered sever injuries. The details of the client cannot be revealed for legal reason by a sum of €140,000 was secured.
